Travel and Sustainability. Who is best of the best?

What’s happening? Soon people will travel again. Rather, soon more people will travel again. Euromonitor International’s Sustainable Travel Index has released its  rankings of sustainable tourism. The tops: Sweden. The Top 10:

• Finland
• Austria
• Estonia
• Norway
• Slovakia
• Iceland
• Latvia
• France
• Slovenia

Why is this important? We’re going to traveling in the new economy where there is greater import placed on sustainability, diversity, inclusion.

How will this be important? The US is 35th. The UK 40th. The EU has a push to include sustainability in travel in its COVID recovery.
