What’s happening? Trying to follow in the footsteps of California’s $200 M ballot proposition that clarified that gig workers are not employees, the Massachusetts Coalition for Independent Work is working a ballot initiative in Massachusetts to clarify that gig workers are not employees

Why is this important? Massachusetts Coalition for Independent Work  is a coalition that includes  Uber Technologies Inc., DoorDash Inc., Lyft Inc.and Instacart Inc. 

How will this be important? Worker classification will be an ongoing legal, legislative and regulatory free for all.
