member how we talked about hackers gaining access to Subaru vehicles a year ago? The hackers were able to do all the things with the vehicles: start, stop, unlock, drive, etc… The white hackers reported the issues, and Subaru fixed the issues.
The same white hackers are reporting that the fix was a bandage, and the wound still exists. Why? Because the employee portal to vehicles remains vulnerable and allows vehicle location and other information to be readily available and sold.
