Minnesota’s HF 2233 (MN | 2019) would create incentives including:

• $2,500 rebates for new EVs
• $500 for used EVs
• Rebates capped at $7.5 million/year
• Applies only to vehicles with a purchase price less than $60,000
• Sets aside up to $1.5 million for grants to fund public-charging infrastructure
