California has allocated more state funds for 2019 EV rebates that will be distributed by utilities.

Here’s how EV rebates work in California:

• backed with state funds distributed to utilities
  • SCE’s rebate has gone from $450 to $1,000
  • PG&E has upped theirs from $500 to $800
  • SDG&E’s program allows each owner to apply for the credit each year,
