Why is this important? Greta Thurnberg doesn’t fly when she travels because of the environmental impact from fossil fuels, a sustainable fuel changes that dynamic. The flight was Washington DC to Chicago, used around 500 gallons of fuel made up of fats, cooking oils, and grease, produced by the company World Energy and accounted for 80% reduction in the flight’s carbon dioxide.

And we’ve all seen the headlines about the Great Resignation being resolved when employees find an employer that enhances the employees purpose. There’s some cautionary information in here too: nearly one-third (30%) of workers say their company’s leadership has embraced kindness as a value less so since the COVID-19 pandemic.
